Reflect on your personal space. This could be your body. Or where you live, sleep and even maybe dream. Do you get the privilege to play in your personal space? Thinking of your personal space as a Landscape, write a map. You might choose to use words, pictures or even make a collage to answer:
What does a map of my landscape look like?
Where are my edges?
How were they shaped?
How have they changed?
What is my edge of centre?
To where, do I return?
