What might the future of faith look like? In the face of global Islamophobia and neo-colonialism, for Muslims so much energy is spent on surviving that there is little room to imagine it.
Starting with a found text from the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia on how best to practice Islam from space, Adalya Nash Hussein and Lujayn Hourani use hypertext to annotate, subvert and expand on ideas of Islamic futurism. Through this collaboration, they explore past, present and future practices of Islamic faith and consider how digital mediums might effect Muslim communities.
