Eugene Yang is a freelance writer and journalist from Melbourne undertaking a creative practice PhD at RMIT University. His work covers topics of race, culture, masculinity, and family, and has been published by the ABC, SBS, The Suburban Review, Mous Magazine, Pencilled In Magazine, Eyebag Magazine, and Page Seventeen Literary Magazine. Eugene is exceptionally emotional about food, has an irrational fear of giant squid.
