Paul Henry is an abstract, expressionist visual artist based in Melbourne. His art explores themes of alienation, identity, grief, isolation and whimsy. Growing up as an adopted child, Paul is inspired by people who live on the fringe. He has been making art for over 60 years, and he works with any material that catches his eye—from coloured pencil to images cut out from old brochures. His work has been shown at Skin Gallery, and is currently being exhibited at The Dax Centre until December 13th. He can be contacted via Arts Access Victoria.
