Tamryn Bennett

Tamryn Bennett is a poet and Artistic Director of Red Room Poetry. Her poetry collections include phosphene and icaros, forthcoming with Vagabond Press. She is the recipient of an Australia Council Professional Development Grant and The Marten Bequest Travelling Scholarship 2018-19. Tamryn’s poetic projects have been exhibited in Australia and internationally. Her poems and essays have appeared in Covert Plants, PAN, Cordite Poetry Review, ImageText and Image [&] Narrative amongst others. She has a Doctorate from the University of New South Wales where she also taught Creative Writing.
