Vidya Rajan

Vidya Sai Rajan is an award-winning writer, comic, and performance-maker working mainly across theatre and television. Vidya was a 2016 Wheeler Centre Hot Desk Fellow and has a Masters in Writing for Performance (VCA). She has trained and performed extensively in improvisation and sketch in Australia and the States. She has recently worked as a writer with ABC Comedy, WTFN, Theatreworks Audible Comedy, and is a 2018 recipient of Screen Australia’s Developing the Developer initiative. Currently, she is a writer in residence under commission at the Malthouse Theatre, Melbourne.
